These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text messages sent by LOUDCOAT LLC (“LOUDCOAT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through LOUDCOAT.com, ReplyBadger, forms, booking pages, missed-call text-back systems, lead follow-up systems, appointment reminders, customer support, and other LOUDCOAT-operated communication systems.
By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
LOUDCOAT may send text messages related to:
Strategy call scheduling
Demo requests
Missed-call text-back
Lead follow-up
Appointment reminders
Booking confirmations
Customer support
Service updates
Project communication
Review requests
ReplyBadger notifications
Other business communication related to LOUDCOAT services
ReplyBadger is a LOUDCOAT system that helps small businesses respond faster to missed calls, inquiries, and leads.
2. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By submitting your phone number through a LOUDCOAT form, booking page, website, demo request, contact page, service agreement, onboarding form, or other opt-in method, you consent to receive text messages from LOUDCOAT.
Consent may include messages sent using automated technology.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase goods or services from LOUDCOAT.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with LOUDCOAT.
You may receive messages when:
You request information
You book a call
You submit a form
You miss a call from a LOUDCOAT-connected number
You request a demo
You become a client
You need appointment reminders
We follow up about a service, quote, project, or support request
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages depending on your mobile plan.
LOUDCOAT is not responsible for carrier charges.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying:

You may also use other reasonable opt-out language, including:
UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or OPT OUT
After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
Once you opt out, you will no longer receive non-essential SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.
FCC guidance says consumers can revoke consent to robocalls or robotexts at any time and in any reasonable manner.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and network operator.
LOUDCOAT does not guarantee that SMS messages will always be delivered, delivered on time, or received without error.
8. Supported Carriers
SMS messages may be supported by major U.S. mobile carriers.
Availability may vary by carrier, location, device, network conditions, or other factors outside LOUDCOAT’s control.

Your use of LOUDCOAT SMS messaging is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as needed to provide messaging services, operate our systems, comply with law, or support requested services.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use LOUDCOAT SMS systems for:
Spam
Fraud
Harassment
Abusive communication
Illegal offers
Deceptive marketing
Unapproved bulk messaging
Messages sent without proper consent
Any communication that violates carrier rules, platform rules, or applicable law
Clients using LOUDCOAT or ReplyBadger systems are responsible for making sure they have proper permission to contact their own customers and leads.
11. Client Responsibility for Customer Messaging
If LOUDCOAT builds or manages SMS systems for a client, the client is responsible for:
Having proper consent from contacts
Using accurate business information
Sending truthful messages
Honoring opt-out requests
Avoiding spam or deceptive messages
Complying with applicable SMS, carrier, platform, and privacy rules
Maintaining accurate customer contact records
LOUDCOAT may suspend or terminate SMS services if a client misuses messaging systems or creates compliance risk.
12. Changes to SMS Terms
LOUDCOAT may update these SMS Terms at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of LOUDCOAT SMS services after updates means you accept the updated SMS Terms.
